Description
Penta proposes to leverage its extensive simulations, system analysis, and Development, Security and Operations (DEVSECOPS) experience to explore and develop an innovative approach to automating system sub-component performance testing using DevSecOps principles. Penta’s proposal incorporates multiple innovative capabilities to conduct automated performance testing. For the Phase I effort, Penta will develop innovative and implementable conceptual approaches to creating a real-time automated performance testing pipeline for each system sub-component, a digital Monte Carlo M&S testing pipeline, and establishing and maintaining performance metrics and acceptability criteria. For the Phase I effort Penta will also answer essential questions surrounding the effort that will clear a way for a successful implementation of Phase I, II, and III. The results of the Phase I effort will be a compelling, refined, and implementable technical approach to conducting DevSecOps where there are weapons system performance requirements, including assumptions and conceptual architecture informing how weapon system performance testing can be accomplished using DevSecOps automated tests.
