Description

Team QCI (QCI, subcontractors CKRS, G2SS) approach is centered on MS&A tools that QCI maintains and continually enhances.  This includes a robust, flexible simulation engine for a range of applications and that integrates with COTS, GOTS and opensource solutions.  The approach leverages successful work for Intelligence Community and DoD space craft architectural studies. The approach enables development of traceable requirements.  Architecture simulation demonstrations of NDSA layers are incorporated and will be used to assess military utility and conduct trades.  Results will contribute to NDSA architecture elements and acquisition requirements. In support of commercial applications, will survey commercial vendors using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches to systems architecting and engineering.  Will identify software utilities that would benefit from integrating libraries and/or functions from our software architecture. Tasks include: 1.  Development capability maturity roadmap for Integrated Architecture Technology MS&A Testbed A maturity roadmap describing key elements of the testbed.   2.  National Space Defense Architecture Decomposition Decomposition of each layer. 3. Model and Software Development For inputs to the MS&A Testbed.  4. Analysis Use Cameo models from Task 3 to generate a performance baseline. Task 5. Demonstration of Capability. Based on Task 1 success criteria / Capability Maturity Roadmap.
