Description
ReCITE is a Naval Aviation communications cognitive load training support system that will immerse Air Traffic Control (ATC) trainees in a realistic, simulation-based communications environment, complete with an instructor dashboard that enables control of the background noise and monitoring of trainee communications diagnostics. SoarTech’s approach augments a simulation-based communications trainer with a non-target entity communications pattern-of-life (POL) generator, an autonomous agent that can be controlled by an instructor’s requests from an interactive dashboard. ReCITE will automatically generate the non-target entity communications, reducing the instructor’s cognitive footprint to conduct simulations-based AC training.
