Description
SoarTech proposes to develop a speech communication trainer, ROGER (Radio Operations Guidance and Educational Resource), that provides a web-based communication rehearsal capability to Co-Tactical Coordinator (COTAC) students satisfying P-8A FRS and post-FRS communication requirements. SoarTech proposes to develop technology to support performance assessment without instructor involvement, develop a scenario authoring capability that enables in-house instructional support staff to produce content, and produce additional instructional content of value to P-8. SoarTech proposes to demonstrate technology with Fleet stakeholders and integrate, as possible, ROGER technology in existing training systems.
