Description
The Navy requires high-gain arrays for both passive and active sonar due to continued submarine quieting. The proposed technology from Triton Systems will address this need by providing a radical solution to provide increased aperture, dimensionality, and number of elements. To develop a novel volumetric array in an A-size package, Triton will apply innovative materials to push the current limits of deployable structures with extremely high packing ratios while meeting structural requirements and transducer specifications.
