Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has identified the need for a private distributed platform that can continuously identify, assess, report, and mitigate threats, vulnerabilities, and disruptions to DLA’s network-connected devices. Architecture Technology Corporation (ATCorp) proposes a Scalable Cyber-Detection Platform for Low Bandwidth and Disconnected Networks (SCD-Platform). SCD-Platform will overcome the major limitations of common model-based approaches and provide an effective cyber-detection capability under a variety of scenarios within isolated environments that do not support robust learning models. The platform will utilize innovative machine learning techniques and a new blockchain protocol that is tailored for low bandwidth and disconnected networks.
