Description
Caliola Engineering proposes to develop and demonstrate an affordable and rapidly deployable failover for Emergency Action Message (EAM) delivery. Our Emergency Aerostat Mesh Network (EAMNet) includes approximately 30 aerostats that can be launched on demand. This network will connect critical NC3 nodes at Malmstrom, F. E. Warren, Minot, and Offutt Air Force Bases (AFB) via a secure, redundant mesh tailored for reliable EAM delivery. Additional nodes could be added to extend connectivity to Tinker AFB or to southern Arizona.
