Description
COVID 19 has created a cosmic shift in the way we interact and conduct business. To support the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) the Air Force along with the AAM Supply Chain must rapidly adapt to maintain and to make further technological advances in this new world. Agility Prime is going to open vastly new logisitics options and issues. The flying orbs are being built to be "plug and play" but for aerospace safety we MUST know the provenance of each and every part. The security of the AAM Supply Chain Parts provenance and real time sharing of that data can be achieved with this STTR through the tagging of parts with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) iused as the electronic ID that is used in tracking systems, “Block Chain” and other secure RFID systems. Our technology provides a low cost solution and is extensible from the platform to the cargo payloads. A high level of scientific, technical, mechanical, and electrical expertise is normally required to achieve a working solution. In addition, has been traditionally imperative that this expertise be physically on-site at the installation. An Air Force version of our Vision 20-20 (Patent Pending) provides the first customer-installed, remotely supported RFID plug and play mobile solution. As a member of NASA's Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Supply Chain Working Group; EPI will perform the research while being mindful to support the Air Force AAM mission and all facets of the AAM supply chain: As part of this STTR, EPIs RI partner brings a chief materials scientist with expert expertise in ceramic/metal interfaces and packaging allowing our solution to avoid major road blocks in material sciences. Our patented medical RFID tags will be encapsulated into ceramics or other high temp materials enabling them to be used in the Aerospace industry. .
