Description
The Five Forks "Defense Linchpin List" is an interactive and dynamically updated inventory of the Air Force weapons system supply chain. The Defense Linchpin List will monitor the business status, financing stage, and operational concerns of the Air Force’s alternative suppliers. In creating and managing the Defense Linchpin List, Five Forks will be able to rapidly identify threats to supply-chain components, weapons system suppliers and subsystem suppliers. The Defense Linchpin List will also include a risk score of suppliers, assessing a range of operational factors, including revenue, cash runway, and availability of substitute suppliers. The Defense Linchpin List will be managed and presented on Second Front Systems' Atlas Fulcrum platform, enriching the platform to connect market activity (already collected and analyzed by Atlas Fulcrum) with supply chain insights, providing the Air Force end user with a real time engagement with alternative technology suppliers.
