Description
Genesis Dimensions is developing a new technology to 3D print buildings and structures on site with a Mobile Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing System (MLSAMS). The MLSAMS is similar looking to a concrete boom truck with a lot more sophisticated technology in order to be able to 3D print accurately with a 50-foot robotic arm. The technology includes material science, robotics/hardware, and software. The MLSAMS receives a CAD file of the desired building or structure to be constructed and processes it with a proprietary software to then have a toolpath for the robotic system to print. The large robotic arm can locate itself in space and extrude our proprietary material according to the CAD file.
