Description
In this project, the proposer, education technology and content developer, in collaboration with professors from computer science, education science, and business experts from the bioenergy field, will demonstrate the usability and feasibility of the Skill-in-a-Flash concept. This solution is a combination of a new tool and a framework for workforce development and diversity & inclusion in the bioeconomy. We will achieve this goal by providing a platform that can be widely applicable, that gives different options to those with constraints, and delivers education programs purpose-built for developing awareness and practitioner-level skills for employability.
