Description
Next generation Satcom on-the-move requires low-profile, low power electronic scanning. However, currentl, beamforming is achieved with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), which are far too heavy, power-hungry, and expensive for widespread use, especially on UAS Novaa Ltd is proposing an extremely low Size, Weight, Power, and Cost advanced beam steering antenna for Ka-band SATCOM. This is a beamsteering metamaterial antenna, providing substantial reduction in cost and power, while realizing superior performance for SATCOM onboard UAS and other SWaP-constrained platforms.
