Description
Perceptronics Solutions is pleased to offer this proposal to rapidly prototype a CMOSS-based CDL radio transceiver. Our team is uniquely qualfied to execute this program and deliver this capabiltiy as we are joined by subscontractors Spectranetix and Kratos Defense for development and will be supported by Pacific Defense for technology commericialization and transition of the CDL product. Spectranetix is the leading supplier of CMOSS modules and integrated systems while Kratos Defense provides acclaimed CDL technology across government and industry. Perceptronics will integrate these mature offerings into a new CMOSS CDL radio module that can be quickly inserted into multiple Army programs of record including TITAN, HADES, and R4, providing significant SWAP advantages and obvious open system benefits compared to legacy, federated CDL products. A single CMOSS chassis that combines and executes EW, Cyber, SIGINT, and communication missions simultaneously would be transformational. Our team will map CDL requirements into a CMOSS compliant design and demonstrate the waveform port into existing hardware by the end of phase 1. Phase 2 will produce a fully compliant prototype that will demonstrate the many benefits of this approach while Phase 3 will work to transition the product into a program of record.
