Pivot Industries Limited (Pivot) expedites and optimizes your connections to experts and their knowledge in order to significantly improve the availability of, and readiness of the F-35 warfighter at Hill AFB. Pivot’s platform - Advanced Maintenance Intellingence Engine (AMIE) augments your effectiveness by making historic information, collaborative conversations, and subject matter expert (SME) knowledge readily and easily available. Our platform will find the optimal resources for solving an issue and document the solution in real-time for future reference. Pivot achieves this by working with our clients to identify, classify and catalog individuals regarded as subject matter experts (SMEs) within, and outside of, their companies. The SME database can be imported from or integrated with a pre-existing system, developed with our consultation, or licensed from a 3rd party if one exists. When presented with an issue, our software, through machine learning and proprietary AI, will analyze the SME database and return a list of recommended individuals best equipped to develop a solution. Once a connection is established between you and the appropriate expert, we provide a suite of telepresence tools that enable the SME to both receive pertinent data and provide specific, real-time guidance.
