Description
A new inverter / converter concept is proposed which combines the next generation of semiconductor switching technology with two sided microchannel cooling and a new folded planar topology is proposed.nbsp; It results in the combined improvement of all the three key performance parameters: specific power ,efficiency and reliability.nbsp; Furthermore its distributed architecture facilitates integration with various distributed loads such as linear and rotary electromechanical systems.
