Attollo proposes a development effort based on W2W and D2W integration approaches between SLS wafers and ROICs. Because MBE-grown material and commercially available ROIC wafers hold appreciable value, it is advantageous to consider stacking approaches that enhance stacked yields and total dies per wafer.
