Description

To understand this multi-dimensional battlespace, the Department of Defense (DoD) must implement a variety of sensors to collect physical and cyber data. Furthermore, this data must be processed and integrated into a cohesive system that facilitates prediction, planning, and effective interaction within the battlespace environment.  Teleqo Tech proposes an end-to-end solution to collect, process, integrate, and visualize physical and cyber data sets to provide unparalleled situational awareness of the 3D battlespace. During the STTR Phase I process, Teleqo validated the requirement to modify its commercial offering for the DoD. In the STTR Phase II process, Teleqo proposes to expand its multi-sensor collection and visualization platforms in support of Air Force requirements. This research and development effort will focus on collecting, correlating, and displaying 2D (RF collection, imagery) and 3D data (LiDAR point cloud) to better understand physical and cyber baselines and anomalies to drive operational decisions.
