Description
Part Number: 525133-1 Utilizing 5-axis mill and dovetail fixturing, mill housing (item 1). On vertical mill create installation tool (525134). Working with specialty glass house, develop 525132 (quartz window) holding flatness of 3 wavelengths per inch and parallel to 3 archmin. Develop application (with same specialty glass house) of ¼ wave magnesium fluoride applied to both surface B and opposite side per note 3. Purchase captive screw (item 3). Modify installation tool to allow proper application of sealant holding window in place until cured. (holes and guide tube through installation tool)
