Optimal planning is key to maximizing resource effectiveness for military commanders. By understanding resource limitations and the actions required to overcome the limitations, the military commander can achieve mastery in defense and other domains.  Rapid planning and course of action (CoA) recommendations enable immediate improvement in defensive postures and dynamic adaptation to address quickly changing real world events. C2 is essential in mission success against our enemies, but is not an easy function to master. To ensure our nation’s security, the Air Force and other military branches within the Department of Defense (DoD) are swiftly trying to implement modern technologies and processes to affect change in C2 operations. Joint All-Domain Command & Control (JADC2), Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), and Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) are recent examples of what the Air Force and DoD is pursuing to tackle the many challenges associated with revamping how C2 is accomplished. Arcarithm has created a tool that focuses on flexible, extensible, comprehensive C2 CoA analysis and planning tool, called Acquire.
