Description
Attollo Engineering proposes development of a Geiger-mode, avalanche photodiode (GmAPD) array using their demonstrated, extended short wave infrared (eSWIR) detector material inserted into a GmAPD structure optimized for the requirements of next-generation LIDAR sensors supporting Globally Integrated Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. In Phase I Attollo will design, fabricate and test thermoelectrically-cooled, eSWIR, GmAPD arrays at 32x32 format appropriate for hybridization and integration in Phase II.
