Description
Attollo Engineering will develop planar processing for LWIR p-type absorber detector arrays. The detectors will be Te-diffused to form planar detectors to circumvent surface leakage observed in mesa-based detectors. At the end of a successful Phase II, we plan to integrate LWIR planar SLS detectors to a commercial off the shelf ROIC to demonstrate high QE LWIR imaging with low surface leakage.
