Description
Distributed data management is a major need for DOD engineering programs: lost data / access issues add over 30% to the cost of RDT&E labor. Test data, design documentation, and work instructions are trapped in a patchwork of systems that inhibit access, cost valuable time to manage, and do not adequately compartmentalize sensitive info. dLinc’s blockchain and linked data technology provide automated tools to connect isolated data, and compartmentalize, manage, and track access across different domains, departments, and classification levels. dLinc will adapt our COTS technology used by US Customs and Border Protection and major shipping and logistics companies to demonstrate a TRL-6 prototype that meets DOD stakeholder needs. Or objective is to secure a DOD customer and launch a minimum viable product during to meet a targeted, high-value data management need.
