Description
To enable the operation of Blue Force Tracking over the WGS satellite constellation, Envistacom proposes a phased array panel solution that is steered mechanically in the azimuth direction and steered electronically in elevation, giving full 360 degree azimuth coverage and -50 to 90 degree elevation coverage.Envistacom will use a combination of innovative panel design, filtering, and signal processing to address the problem of transmit-receive isolation at X-band.The proposed solution will be capable of ARSTRAT certification for operation on WGS, and it will be compliant with form factor requirements of the Blue Force Tracking program.
