Description
Family Proud is an application-based software that allows patients and their families the ability to clearly and securely communicate all social, medical, and logistical needs. Family Proud’s interactive platform supplies four major assistant mechanisms: social service connectivity, patient care management, support network expansion, and fundraising opportunities. Our Airmen should never feel as though they have to choose service over family. Family Proud brings peace of mind to patients and families by bringing together the resources they need most. A natural consequence of military service is physical separation from loved ones, and/or regular relocation, but with Family Proud, distance doesn't have to mean noninvolvement. Family Proud offers a platform for our service members to still feel connected from afar, improving quality of life and allowing them peace of mind.
