Description

FASTPORT’s Analysis of Individual Mobility (AIM) tool is a recruiting/sales aid built on an existing commercialized database product that enables recruiters to sit down with candidates, and their key influencers, and help them understand the full picture of their USAF experience and benefits in an efficient, impactful, and personalized way. The AIM tool does this by demonstrating the value of enlistment and a full-term career, accounting for their levels of education, training and leadership experience. FASTPORT adapted its database product for Government Defense use through collaboration with the Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS), Recruiters, and School House trainers. The AIM tool aggregates government, private, and proprietary sources to show the variety of benefits provided to Airmen throughout their respective careers while streamlining and strengthening sessions for recruiters through a digitized and customizable version of the comprehensive USAF benefits package as a Total Force recruiting enabler.
