Description
Our Phase II program focuses on developing the next generation Air Solider PAN and power and data management platform (TacPAN-AW). Successful development of this PAN and power/data management solution will provide the Air Soldier community with a much needed capability to interface and interconnect a wide array of wearable SA and communication devices to greatly enhance their mission effectiveness and safety. Working iteratively with the Army Air Warrior office and their user community, the goal of the Phase II program is to develop and deliver a leap ahead PAN and power/data management architecture and 6 full systems that would be submitted to DT/OT qualification by the Air Warrior program office. The TacPAN-AW solution will easily integrate with the new Air Soldier ACE ensemble and will provide the necessary power and data interconnects for the Air Soldier’s electronics suite – all in a highly integrated and snag-free fashion.
