Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort to be executed by the contractor in support of the NAVSEA PMS408 and Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC-PAC), to expand the capabilities of a micro-unmanned surface vessel (micro-USV) originally developed under previous Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II, II.5 and III efforts to create small unmanned systems known as the Mobile Gateway Buoy (MGB) platform. Tasks identified include however not limited to include fabrication of two MGB2 research and development platforms, integration of SATCOM using Navy System with external access, acoustic modem integration, autopilot control software Integration, as well as incorporation of a robust RF communications suite.
