Description

Indigov is a cloud-based ticket management system built on top of Zendesk’s service architecture, a modern cutting-edge private market customer service solution, designed specifically for government use. Indigov is used to filter, sort, and respond to any type of high-volume requests, both programmatic and stochastic/organic. It is currently being used by US Congressional office staff to manage incoming communication and casework requests from constituents. Indigov has replaced technology built by Lockheed Martin over 35 years ago. Indigov also creates a data hierarchy and tracking system so members of Congress have real time reporting and analytics as to the sentiment of their constituencies. They can drill down to the street and address level to see who a constituent is, what they want and how they can best be serviced. Additionally, Indigov is currently building an advanced ML/AI engine that will be able to separate and filter out/block foreign bad actors attempting to manipulate the American democratic system with false advocacy messages.
