Description
Mikros Systems Corporation is proposing developing a vendor-agnostic facility health status monitoring and prioritization system. The system will collect data from building infrastructure systems, perform analysis to identify areas of concern and predict future areas of concern, and present the results to the facility managers via an intuitive web-based dashboard. This system will leverage existing Mikros technology and expertise to provide a flexible status monitoring and prioritization system that will both benefit the Navy and other government and commercial facility managers. By employing an open architecture the system will make it easy to integrate a multitude of systems and sensors for use with the system. While Phase I of the effort is just a limited scale proof of concept, we envision follow on development allowing the system to evolve into a powerful multi-site facility management system which can perform functions currently provided by many disparate systems being used by both government and corporate facilities.
