Description
Oxford Defense North Carolina LLC will develop a fully solid-state high-speed high-contrast spatial light modulator for IR clutter and scene projection applications. This device will have high-contrast flicker-free analog modulation and will have the ability to operate across the IR spectrum, including the longwave and midwave IR bands. The underlying technology of the SLM will allow scalability to large-format arrays with CMOS-compatible voltages, as well as the ability to generate polarimetric clutter and imagery.
