Description

RippleWorx is the Hyper-Enabler for the Operator and the Commander. The RippleWorx mobile application offers a portable, fully integrated, and synchronized functionality which supports Operators and Unit Leaders. RippleWorx offers real-time input, assessment, monitoring, and collaboration, providing vital information to Operators, Units, and Commanders, giving them the optimal cognitive, emotional, and physical performance pathway. Users can view real - time analytics, from individual Operators to entire Units. RippleWorx provides the ability for leaders to easily push and pull data, track cognitive, physical, and emotional statistics, mark trends, identify flags, schedule and assign training (MOS specific, Collective Unit Training) through the User’s preferred learning medium (video, audio, or written) and require participation in After Action Reviews, surveys, and assessments. RippleWorx can use its data and analytic processing power to reduce the subjectivity in Unit Reporting, by automatically populating the report. All of this can be scheduled with the integrated calendaring function, so, the User has one place to look for daily requirements, training, or mission critical objectives, both individually and collectively. The User can actually “see” how performance improvement in their pathway positively impacts the improvement of the entire team.
