Description

SkyRunner, LLC. is a privately owned American company headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA. The SkyRunner A-UTV (Aircraft-UTV) is manufactured at the same location. Having in mind the goal of providing to the Government & Defense customers the best possible “product”, we have crafted the “SkyRunner Solution” to include a number of elements such as pilot certification, spare parts, maintenance, service, and customer support.   Using Powered Parachute technology, SkyRunner MK 3.2 is capable of transforming from ground to flight operations in minutes, enabling users to overcome hazardous obstacles and complex terrain. Powered parachutes are arguably the safest and easiest flying machines invented. Additionally, users can be FAA flight certified within 12 hours of training. As mentioned in Naval Post Graduate School Thesis by Michael J. Jensen. “Already, Air Mobility Vehicles, would be immediately beneficial in more traditional mission set like reconnaissance, search and rescue, and landing zone survey.”   Sera Star Systems (S3) is a professional services company that specializes in federal procurement support for advanced military technology insertion programs. S3 has a unique partnership with SkyRunner, LLC and has assembled a team comprised of the most qualified professionals in the lightweight aerial vehicle arena. S3 proposes a JOINT agency, commercial solution for supporting combat search and rescue, personnel recovery, and special operations in the field  We propose an estimated period of performance (PoP) of 3-months to complete a Phase I feasibility study and estimate 24-months to complete our Phase II objectives.  S3 ensures delivery of our proposed solution and support our services with rapid- response compliance and requirements management.
