White Cell / Red Cell wargaming has a long history in the American military going back to 1984 with Naval officer, Richard Marcinko, the first commander of Red Cell. In today’s national security landscape, testing technological vulnerabilities is just as if not more important than testing the physical security of installation and leadership. The opportunity presented by this proposal is to develop the UIUX environment of the DRAGON White Cell. This system uses AI to target and gauge American technological security and providing system operators with a simple, effective, and reliable UIUX is integral to optimizing the performance of the system to ensure USAF can adequately diagnose and correct vulnerabilities. By deploying Jedi Trivia within White Cell, we can create a seamless multiplayer experience; whenever new modules are introduced, they can be developed rapidly (2-10 days) and deployed without disruption to existing access. This effort will allow the creation of new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
