Description
Triton Systems, Inc. and our partner will develop a robust and reliable rapid deployment Vehicle Mounted Expandable Command Post. The system will provide increased stability to vehicle mounted command posts and allow for set up and tear down by no more than 2 soldiers. Current expandable shelters are not designed for use on vehicles and therefore are slow to set up and tear down, as well as unsecure when mounted to a vehicle in a deployed position. They must integrate external environmental control units, which further slows down the process. Triton’s innovative shelter design will reduce the setup and tear down time, give stability to the expanded shelter, and incorporate an onboard environmental control unit, allowing for rapid mobility.
