Description
Triton Systems, Inc. and partners will develop a position estimation system and sensor package that integrates with the headline of the towed array to provide location information of the array relative to the towing platform. An accurate relative position solution allows co-processing of towed array data and hull-mounted sensors resulting in increased gain and improved target triangulation accuracy. During Phase I we will demonstrate the feasibility of the system through modeling, analysis, and testing.
