Description
Triton Systems and our team proposes to develop an innovative method of joining carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) skins to underlying CFRP framework without use of through-thickness fasteners or adhesive. We will demonstrate through analysis and laboratory testing that our joining method offers cost, weight, and performance benefits over traditional through-thickness fastener or adhesive bonding methods.
