Description
For this SBIR project, Veriphix is proposing to leverage our Experience Management (XM) technology to extract human emotions and subconscious motivations from the moving population. There are three products within the XM suite, rated at TRL-8: - BrandXM – To know and move your consumers by monitoring open populations. - EmployeeXM – To understand and motivate your employees. - PingaXM – To identify attempts to undermine moral. Considering sentiment as a “brand”, Veriphix delivers the two most important things brands have never had access to before: how people’s feelings change and what their subconscious motivations for the emotional changes. This adaption can navigate the human terrain and help solve social engineering problems like recruiting and retention, geopolitical trend analysis, and identification of motivators of what makes the bad guys tick. Veriphix is the only Software as a Service (SaaS) product delivering and quantifying recurring changes how people feel about brands, products, and services. Or in context of this proposal; incentives to join or remain within an organization, political motivations, threat detection, and other aspirational issues coupling emotional intelligence with national security. Veriphix has the base technology which is designed for messaging optimization; however, a missing piece is how to better manage the Big Data play. Veriphix has been experimenting with combining the XM product suite with basic social listening. This effort is called Pinga, used for election interference detection. Further development of Pinga is a potential Phase II outcome of this SBIR proposal.
