AVERT Virtual TableTop and AVERT Virtual Reality Training are part of a suite of commercial software products that are focused on Physical Security Assessment, Training and Response challenges.Travis AFB is interested to evaluate the feasibility of using AVERT Virtual TableTop and AVERT Virtual Reality Training for Security Squadron training for the protection of the Travis AFB crown jewel, the Industrial Maintenance Complex and Flight Line.The AVERT software has a robust physics-based vulnerability assessment simulation engine that has been accredited by DoD through the rigors of a Verification and Validation process.Consequently, the AVERT Virtual TableTop and AVERT Virtual Reality Training software brings real design basis threats into a virtual reality environment so that Airmen and leadership can walk through, learn and test their knowledge of security response plans and tactics.
