Description
Attollo Engineering will utilize its existing strained layer superlattice technology developed for high operating temperature (HOT) MWIR VGA-format FPAs and transition the device designs and hybridization techniques to fabricate a series of large format, 2k x 2k, 10 µm pixel pitch infrared focal plane arrays in the MWIR through LWIR to satisfy the performance requirements of short mission duration, small, weather satellite missions.
