Description
Attollo’s proposed approach is to apply our best in class technologies to build a range gated LWIR camera. Attollo will utilize the LWIR SLS detector material we are developing for an Air Force space program and apply this material to our existing range gated imaging 640 x 512, 5 µm pixel ROIC. We will package this using the same approach as for our space sensors to achieve a cryogenic stable package. Then, Attollo will produce a camera using a modified version of our MWIR IDCA and cooler currently in development. The camera electronics to be used will be the same as for our SWIR system as the other operating features are identical. The camera will have an asynchronous integration time trigger with an adjustable delay. The integration times will be as short as 200 ns, resulting in a range gate of 30 m.
