Description
During the Phase I, Barron Associates developed a simple, low-cost, technology system to improve range and targeting for a 120mm mortar round. Barron Associates mortar augmentation system expects to extend the nominal mortar range by more than 20% while simultaneously decreasing the impact dispersion by greater than 20%. The Phase II research will include design, analysis, and experimental testing of the novel hardware and software systems.
