Description
Tyndall AFB and AFWERX Austin have a national defense-related mission need in the area of advanced facilitation, problem definition and the identification of solutions. Specifically, how do we establish an environment that fosters collaboration, a system of methodologies for the facilitation of problem definition, and the connection points to industry outreach for the identification of solutions? The main goals of our involvement in this project are to provide proprietary facilitation methodologies based on over twenty years of development and hundreds of thousands of hours of in-person facilitation and the requisite training to deliver these methods as a facilitated workshop that transitions into a crowdsourcing activity or similar outreach effort to secure solutions aligned to the workshop outcomes.
