Description
EdgyBees’ Augmentation Engine allows for the addition of augmented reality features to be placed over a camera’s video feed in order to assist orientation and consolidate information for the operator by highlighting key objects and features. Augmentation can take place over live video (from the camera perspective), over virtual sandbox (from an arbitrary perspective) or over Satellite imagery/orthophoto maps (in which case it will be from a top-down perspective). ). Key aspects of the UX Design center around it being natural and intuitive, emphasizing minimal detail obscurity, modern applicability, scalability for future implementation and a¬dditional features, and the ability for the UX to be pulled into an application or device that has its own user interface. This technology has the potential to save lives, improve mission effectiveness, and improve lethality.
