Description

Efiia proposes a Phase I effort to support USAF 366 FW/JA at Mountain Home AFB for the modernization of its legal case processes and systems to conduct USAF JAG operations. The current process requires an extensive manual effort resulting in delays and mismanagement of court0martial and other case documents. Since 2015, Efiia has supported the United States Department of Justice Executive Office of US Attorneys (DOJ) by designing, implementing, and deploying to production a modern cloud-based system for US Attorneys across 94 CONUS district offices. US Attorneys can now easily prepare and share their trial cases involving Law Enforcement Sensitive data at a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level with co-workers, Grand Jury, expert witness, and Law Enforcement. In Phase I, Efiia will leverage the proven methodology and technology deployed at EOUSA to accelerate the USAF JAG’s ability to perform its legal case operations more efficiently. Efiia will work with members of the 366 FW/JA to create a CONOPS, reference architecture, and limited prototype that enables reduces time, ensures accuracy, and increases accountability throughout a case. The approach will meet the mandatory DoD security requirements for identity verification and authorization, mobile app use, and cloud systems at a CUI level.
