Description
By the conclusion of Phase 1, important discoveries were made concerning the technological, market, and business feasibility of the Rapid Acquisition Platform. We have concluded that the RAP is feasible and may proceed to product development. In Phase II, GBTI will develop an end-to-end RAP utilizing the scientific and technological discoveries made in Phase 1. Phase 2 will be implemented over the course of one year and an additional year as an option. To expedite the realization of business benefits from the scientific and technological advancements of this research, GBTI will implement a minimum viable product (MVP) in less than one year to support the start of the commercialization efforts. The MVP will be based on blockchain, machine learning, and cryptography technologies which includes identity and access management (IAM) and work order management (WOM) as microservices integrated through light-weight RESTful APIs. The IAM subsystem will be responsible for authenticating user sessions, storing and retrieving user profiles, and user registration. The WOM subsystem should allow federal agencies and their proxies to set up new contracts and to handle secure transmission of accepted code to federal agencies and their proxies.
