Description
AFWERX and AFGSC have entered into a MOU to run a Culture of Innovation Project throughout the entire organization for all 10 Air Force Bases over a 20 month period. The goal of this project will be to leverage and enhance the existing work within AFGSC to create innovative leaders providing safe, secure and lethal combat-ready forces for nuclear and conventional global strike today and tomorrow. Gapingvoid Culture Design Group (GV) will lead the project, with their culture change expertise. The scope will include the 10 AFGSC Air Force Bases. Deliverables include: Culture Walls, Innovation Manifesto, Innovation Playbook, Spark Tank, Spark Cell and SIF Playbooks, including marketing support to run multiple campaigns on all 10 Air Force Bases to generate ideas and projects. The proposed project aims to measurably grow engagement in innovation within the AFGSC Bases.
