Description
Liberty Dynamic has developed a superior Noise Flash Diversion Device (NFDD), commonly referred to as a ‘flashbang’ or ‘stun grenade.’ Liberty Dynamic’s Enhanced Diversion Device (EDD) incorporates proprietary (thermobaric) fuel-air technology, binary energetic material, and a microprocessor-controlled fuse while also achieving increased cost effectiveness and simplified training evolution. The EDD addresses the issues of safety, reliability, function and cost effectiveness, in an effort to provide uniformed personnel with the most advanced technology available. Liberty Dynamic’s enhanced diversion device solves the issues of safety, function, reliability and cost. The EDD has a low fire hazard due to proprietary energetic blend (no flash powder) with a faster more efficient burn and cool to the touch outer case temperature. Proprietary (thermobaric) fuel-air technology greatly reduces the risk of fire, smoke and secondary fragmentation during deployment of the device because the event is deployed vertically into free space, not parallel to the floor. The binary energetic material contained within the device allows for drastically lowered volatility levels, creating a vastly safer more reliable device, while also simplifying shipping and storage requirements. An ergonomic shape promotes improved target accuracy, as the unit does not roll after deployment.
