Description
Military fuels such as JP-8, Jet A, and F-24 have lower lubrication properties than common diesel fuel. The direct injection fuel systems in vehicles designed to run on diesel can wear out prematurely due to lack of lubrication in these low lubricity fuel applications. The proposed solution minimizes component wear for selected vehicle applications.
