Description
Air Force Adaptive Targeting Management (AFATM) is an effort to install Modus Operandi’s Adaptive Targeting Management (ATM) on the Air Force’s Systems for High-performance Accelerated Global Intelligence (SHAGI) cloud environment. SHAGI was established to as an Air Force Warfighter Innovation & Development Environment (AF WIDE) which provides cloud services to allow for quicker transition from R&D to operational status. ATM is an Air Force sponsored application built on Modus Operandi’s MoviaTM Analyst Workbench (AW) commercially available technology and provides a collaborative product authoring suite that creates electronic-based intelligence products. Its main purpose is to help streamline the Air Force’s targeting process. ATM creates an electronic-based Target Systems Analysis (TSA) within a highly-linked, semantic object-based production environment and is seamlessly integrated with Adaptive Process Management (APM). The APM capabilities support a dynamic form of workflow within the Analyst Workbench that enables a global targeting enterprise by providing full visibility into the targeting process and real-time dissemination and discovery of the targeting products—at all levels of production.
