Directed acyclic graph has shown success for distributed ledger technology in addressing performance and complexity issues related to blockchain, especially for high-volume transaction environments. Innovations in identity management, leveraged from recent DARPA work, address PII issues with biometrics data sharing. Combining these technologies produces an innovative permissioned distributed ledger that can be used to automate verification of biometrics share and match transactions in a multi-national environment. The use of these technologies enables advanced analytics that add context to identity intelligence.
